If I remember correctly, this hack was officially canceled last year (I can't find that post now though). I know an alpha version was made available at that time, and it was definitely a work in progress (since it had lots of leftover text from the original game), but Cheestendo must've removed it later on. I have no intention of distributing the alpha I downloaded in the past (Cheestendo probably removed the link to cease distribution), but you can watch videos of game play in the following YouTube playlist (I don't really see any harm in that). The ROM has the problem with clearing "all save data area" that comes up when you use Hack-O-Matic sometimes.

Two modifications were made to the ROM before recording:

Added Running Shoes code (walking is just too slow)
In the original ROM, the Guide Gent was always hidden (I'm assuming by accident) and in a place that would make the player walk with him offscreen.handle_list_tag('
[*]Therefore, the Guide Gent was moved and programmed to always show so I could have him in one of the videos.

The playlist is NOT complete. I may record more if I'm bored or feel like it. I should get back to working on Pokémon Golden.

Of course, Cheestendo may come back in the future and decide to re-post the download link.

Perfect, I'm curious about the new fakemon, some looked cool (like Weedomo - LOL).

Did you planned to completely replace every pokemon with fakemon like the Midnite Hack or will you keep some (like Pikachu or Mewtwo?)

Well, I hope you'll enjoy it. If not, don't worry it's a terrible hack and i am ashamed of it.
It's extremely short,there isn't any action and you won't meet or see many Fakemons.

By the way, upload the patch file elsewhere where it can be hosted for a long time. I could personally even test this out sometime, but don't really feel like downloading this right now since I have much more important matters at hand too.

Here's my feedback for your hack!

Well, essentially I won't give a definitive judgement since (of course) this is a beta work and not a complete game so ther were many things still unaltered or unfixed - the worst thing was the fact that you could choose only 1 starter because the other 2 are unreachable during the choise - but - so far the game seemed to be very very cool once completed, expecially for the cool and fresh brand new fakemon (I just love Weedocolb LOL) and of course some of the graphics.

I'll rate only the project as it was intended:

The story had a strong base (the mother archeologist, some species of pokemon in estinction etc.), so far it seemed cool (who knows, an evil team that wants the Armageddon-like-powers pokemon for their own use?).
Too bad it died before a public beta came out.
The strenght point are fakemon and graphics.

It may appeared to be cool once finished, well, requiem for another hack that promised good.

That was the whole point, I didn't want it to be a choice.
None of your siblings or parents are pokemon trainers,that can lend you or give you a pokemon for free. So this pokemon which you can take is like a fossil pokemon or something along those lines.
