[Pokered] Add Black Palette at battle beginning in GBC mode *EDIT*

Hello :)
After trying to edit the moves palette in sgb mode, with no success, I'm trying to understand if it's possible to add the Black Palette at the beginning of a battle in the GBC mode of Pokered (in order to NOT see the player's hat in sprite color). But, as usually, I can't figure out how to do. Where do I should look in to achieve it ?
I think that here in Core.asm there's something to start with, but how?

*EDIT*
I achieved to apply the black palette (it's only black, actually) at the beginning of battle :) , BUT then it keeps there untill I do something like switch pokemon or using items, where and how do I have to disable the black palette then? Please :(
