Can't compile BLUE with GREEN graphics, how can I decompile one?

Long time no see,

I just noticed the link to the Green hack by MontBlanc is dead... My best bud have a ROM hack of Green, but it is very poorly done (Engrish?), the Fossils, Prof. Oak and GHOSTs are messed-up, and I was wondering how I could decompile it, and how much it would look like compared to the dissasembly here. Just saying so I could fix the poor translations and messed-up graphics and re-compile it with Cygwin. But is it possible to do so?
...and Cygwin won't let me compile the main.asm when I replace all ''bmon'' with ''rgmon'', no matter how I move the sprites from 1 bank to another...

EDIT: Found an IPS patch supposedly for a ''100% True English Green version'', but I get this message when trying to patch a Blue ROM : ''Couldn't open .ips file for reading! Patch might be corrupted!'' ...I lost the source code of my own hack, so I can't help much with that neither... I fell like if I am too late to have a 100% Green version in proper English... :(
