Sometimes when you create new map it might feels off as if it doesn't fit in-game. Or maybe, when you have a hard time connecting maps in pokecrystal, I found that using the common in-game map size "makes it easier" to get the connection "right" (I don't know how. It is just that I tend to get it right when using it).
Else, this is just for my documentation and a useful reference somebody might find useful. Also, all this data comes from constants/map_constants.asm. Thanks to them.
