Hacking using java phones, possible?

I wonder if anything is possible for hacking gbc using java phones.
Anything like sprite making, music, etc.
I don't think i am not able to have access to computer but i use java phone to play hacks but can use it for some hacking?

As for hacking using java phone..
It's only possible hex edit all you want to change.

The simplest one was editing text string in certain script.
for music, it's possible to edit the notes after finding the offset too. (inserting new music is impossible very hard.)
for inserting sprites.. impossible

The only one possible with ease is only editing text, i ever done it.
The other thing is, meh.

So text can be edited by using an app can you provide a link for that app
