A few questions about the Yellow disassembly.

I decided to start a small project using the Yellow disassembly to get a feel of how it is to work with one versus typical ROM hacking, and things have been going fairly well as of now. However, I've hit a few snags that I'd really appreciate some advice on.

My first issue would be the Pikachu portrait graphics. Maybe I'm just overlooking something, but I feel like I've looked through the whole Yellow disassembly to find these graphics, but to no avail.

My other concern is repointing the Pikachu voice effects/starter ID onto another Pokemon that already exists. I'm wondering how hard this would be. In my case, I'm trying to get Jigglypuff to get the voice effects/starter ID assigned to it.  I did some looking through some of the asm files, but nothing immediately stood out to me. I know that it'd be a lot easier to just change all of Pikachu's data to that of another Pokemon manually, but I was just curious about that.

Any insight is appreciated. I've really been enjoying messing about with this.
