Re: My Question Thread (I will ask for a help here)

You would need to move the triggers over to the new side of the map, and you would need to edit the movement data in the trigger's script. Movement data is explained in Tauwasser's compendium, which is posted in the documents section.

Re: My Question Thread (I will ask for a help here)

what TRIGGER are you pertaining to?the trigger that is the box with letter T? Or the trigger on person's menu? I mean the one with choices 1 to 255 that will be enabled when the checkbox is checked?

Re: My Question Thread (I will ask for a help here)

I'm assuming that is just what JohtoMap calls the BitFlag for that person event. If that flag is set, the person is hidden. If it is not set, the person is shown. For a person to always be shown, you set that to FF FF

Re: My Question Thread (I will ask for a help here)

Well you would want to google some tutorials for learning Python. I don't know python, so I wouldnt be any help to you on learning to code in python. But just like any other programming language, look up some tutorials and read up on the basics and things.

Re: My Question Thread (I will ask for a help here)

Agixp uses a dll file with the compression routines to load the graphics, and I'm assuming that goldmap has a similar file, or has the compression routine written in that way.

Re: My Question Thread (I will ask for a help here)

when inserting sprites,is it needed to insert them on blank space or can we just replace the existing sprite on that offset?

Re: My Question Thread (I will ask for a help here)

it is better to insert to blank space and repoint, because if you insert over the old one, and if the new picture is larger than the old one, you will overwrite the data after that picture.

That's possible indeed but making a tool for scripting can be extremely complicated (or not) if you're really going to make it so that it's worth using.
Creating a tool that can do basic things is completely useless, you would have to make it much like pksv (if you know how it works).
