How to edit title screen in pokemon gold with tile layer pro?
I looked title screen everywhere in tile layer pro but I do not find it. Can anybody tell me where it is.

The graphics of title screen are compressed so tile layer pro won't show them correctly and you can't edit it properly with that tool.
Look for a title screen editing tutorial around here and read how to do it.
