Any better Map Editor than PokéMap?

I'm making a pokemon red hack. I used many tools like attack editor trade editor pokemap etc. But pokemap can't edit wild pokemon data on some routes and sea routes. What i want is a good map editor for that. I tried red map,but it displays an error message,BluMap too. And with UltraMap,don't know how to change wild pokemon data. Thanks in Advance

ClassicMap is the best map editor, but if you're just looking to edit wild data, Harrison's RBY Wild Pokémon Editor works well.
