Red/Blue Pokémon/Move/Trainer Class Name Locations?

I want to go and edit the Pokémon, Trainer/Move names and make them to the standards of Generation 5, where a good majority of the text is now in "proper case". Rather than THE SUBJECT randomly getting CAPITALIZED! OH MY GOD!

I have a Hex Editor so I'm just looking for location. I've looked through it but it's all been the gibberish symbols. To the right of the hex numbers.

Just use a table file. If you don’t have one make a quick one with relative search (most ROM hacking–geared hex editors have that feature).

I shall attempt that. Is Hex Editor Neo good for a ROM Hacking Hex editor? That's currently what I've got and I'm on a 64-Bit Windows 7.

EDIT: I feel like an idiot. I can't figure out where to create a table. But, this probably isn't a rom hacking geared hex editor.

I'm not sure entirely how to create a full table, I was able to make two seprate. 1 with Bulbasaur and 1 with Mew.

[$00094E75] BULBASAUR       | A=80 a=A0 0=6F
[$00096601] MEW             | A=A0 a=C0 0=8F
