Welcome to the Region of WASOHI!

I have made my own region, and I am going to show it here. It's a Japanese-styled region, where SUSHI and it's including ingredients get eaten. The region is based on the area around Nagasaki. So, here is the map:
e9y3.png NOTE that this is not a real map. It is made in GSC Town Map Editor, and loaded with R/B/Y tiles.
The circles in the water are WHIRLPOOLs, and made by me.
I am going to upload a photo of the hand drawn map next week.

MORE INFO SOON!

No, it's only a region I designed. I will use it in a hack soon.

Re: Welcome to the Region of WASOHI!

TMOTW - You mean RBY version of Thonsu? You must expand for it Pokedex and add 24 species to them.

Re: Welcome to the Region of WASOHI!

You can try. But I think is so big for RBY and GSC Format. You must cut them for two parts.

This will not work. The cursor when scrolling through the town map can only be placed inside the 16x16 (0xF x 0xF) grid in the center of the screen. (at least this is true for RBY. I cannot speak for GSC)

Re: Welcome to the Region of WASOHI!

And then suddenly idea killer Danny E-33 appeared and killed an idea.

Chinise region is good idea 'cause there only was Chinise city. Guess in-theme pokemon would be Oshawott family 'cause they are samurai or ninjas. Your region look like a bird

Is that meant positive or negative?

I actually made it with the GSC Town Map Editor, and it worked well. The only problem was the border in the game. I just loaded it with by my self arranged R/B/Y tiles to give it this look, and then I resized it to 160x144-pixels. I wrote this already in the main post of this topic, but now I explain it more detailed. If you want, I can share a map file of WASOHI, and the R/B/Y tileset by me.

I already had an expectation that you meant positive.

Why should it be negative? Weird form of region is something "like" original.

As I already told: The region is a hand drawn Pokémon-style version of the area around Nagasaki, Japan. I will post a picture of the hand drawn version Friday.

Re: Welcome to the Region of WASOHI!

Pokemon LOver

- It was impossible to make Ruby game in MeBoy. Java can't handle GBA games.

TMOTW

- Nice... Your map looks good. Well... You did great map in first attemp. I make seven projects. And from them chose one good. First my idea is make Thonsu <Named in that time Konax> as an Island Archipelago near Sinnoh. Later i decide to put them near Unova region.
