I think that you can revamp the GSC Alph Ruins tileset by yourself, or try to DEvamp the HGSS tileset.

I can't hack GBA music. I have tried it MANY times, with MANY versions of Sappy and MID2AGB, but the programs crashed ALWAYS.

Sorry, I don't really know anything about music in RSE to help with that, but I figured I would still help with the graphics angle.

One important thing. Rom give you able to add 10 extra song beafore number 350 in sappy. If you add more, they do not work. But too god that is in the rom Unused Themes.

I've done Music hacking of all generations, but I'll just tell you now that GBA was probably the most annoying. I didn't really add songs, i would just replace, but with looping the midi, just use Anvil studio. click where you want the loop start to be, and hit, new cue. in the box, simply type [
next, scoll to the end of the loop, and do the same thing, but type ] instead. Save the midi as a midi type 0, then convert with mid2agb or whatever. I'm recalling this from memory, so it might not be 100% accurate.
This isn't easy to say, but…
