Also, I know the map block that has grass on the top two tiles and roof on the bottom two tiles is unused, and I think there may be some lower down in the tileset that unused as well, or only used in one map. I'd have to look again to be sure, but if you're remaking the tileset you can do as you wish with it really.

Yeah , but the one where the roof is on bottom , how can i make it walkable? you can't just walk onto a roof. there must be something done with it. doesn't it?

You've to change its connection data, take a look at the connection data of that roof with johtomap for instance and then look for that data with a hex editor.

Indeed, like Miksy said. In case you were confused, most documents refer to that as Collision data. You can edit that with the tileset editor Melash posted as well, assuming your rom is supported.

Thanks Mateo , im almost done with recopy'ing evrything back.
Cloud yeah but in the tlp i can see only the tileset01 . the rest are mostly hard to see. but i'll try to find something in the web.

That shade don't match with mountain. There is the other way instead of TLP, Open a Map editor and choose one of the Kanto map that have a stairs (Viridian, Cinnabar) and refer to it. Don't forget this if you want more tile from other tileset.

It sounds like maybe something was overidden on accident. One thing you can do if you have hex workshop is open up a blank rom and compare it to yours and see if there's anything changed where maybe you didn't mean to change. It has a function under search or something I believe. I'm at work now otherwise I'd give you a more detailed explanation. I've used this method before and it saved my hack's life.

Agree with Miksy about the stairs. By the way, you have a potential to be a good spriter but i wonder why you always make a weird looking fakemon. But the fakemon look good after all. Good job.

Yeah, that is. Yours are definitely better than mine, especially at shading. Mine have less shading and sometimes too much dithering which make it lack. Keep it up and improve your skill.

Cloud could you show me one of your sprites? it's probably not that bad. Well actually a lot of my fakemon are just somekind of mother nature accidents.

@Cloud , well the dinamox , well it's pose isn't good, you could change the way he looks , that could make it much better. and the snake dragon thing is just dope. You shade it , and it will be awesome.

Looking good! The Pokemon center has a more retro feel, using the old school floor tiles (always a fan of retro). The house tiles look pretty good too. Only thing I can think of is the TV might could use a bit of work as right now the screen and the plastic border around it are all one thing, and even flat screens have a bit of border around them. Still good though. My only question about the title screen is: were you meaning to make the Pokemon be all one colour like that?
