I am sure that Nintendo/Game Freak stores all their work on databases, also the Pokémon Betas.

Well it's good to know that you won't kidnap the entire staff.  But if you do actually get to talk with the creators, make sure you film the interview or at least take pictures.  You speak Japanese right?  'Cause I'm thinking that most of them probably don't speak English very well.

No. I don't speak Japanese. I think that the most of them have learned English on school.

So, the music is real but the children's suicides are a creepypasta legend.

I already said: I have remade the music in FamiTracker. That was in the previous adress. This is the original. I posted it with the start of this thread. It's on the top of the page. The first video is by CommodoreKulor.

Yes. I wrote earlier about your cave and give you some ideas, which you can use with the dungeon.

I wrote:

What you should do with the dungeon, where my music plays, is: Call the dungeon "LAVENDER DUNGEON", place abandoned houses in it, in the arrangement of Lavender Town, but keep it a dungeon (dungeon palette, black border tiles), make three entrances: the main entrance where Route 12 in Pokémon Red/Blue begins, an entrance to another cavern where the west route in Pokémon Red/Blue begins, and an north entrance. If you make interiors of the houses, make it like the Team Rocket ruined house, so it looks like Lavender Town sheaf in a cleavage after an earthquake.
How nice is THIS idea?
PS: You also could place a sing outside of the south entrance: "LAVENDER DUNGEON. WARNING: High-pitched music!".

What do you think of these ideas?

Re: Pokémon Green 1995 Beta - Weird Lavender Town Music

I already planned the whole region of Frejo since October 2012 (4 months before the game was made!),
yes, what you have proposed to me is Similar of what I've thought (the idea of the ruined house is good, I'll put it)

Now here comes a spoiler:
The Dungeon is located a few miles (or better, tiles) north of Cherry City (4th City, it replaces Cerulean City),
the dungeon is called... here the name comes, it's amazing... DUNGEON OF DEFRITE, it's divided in a lot of sections, the first one is an underwater tunnel-route that links Cherry City to Defrite Island, then there's the spooky part like lavender but there's a sort of shady wood (horror movies like) with that creepy music, chock full of Rocket\Epsilon (story spoiler) minions and, here comes your idea, destroyed houses (maybe that dungeon was previously a city? hehehe, discover yourself in the storyline!).

The Dungeon of Defrite basically is an upside-down cathedral under-ground surrounded by an unhabitated landscape, a swamp\forest in the south and the ruins of an abandoned villa with its park, there are some sub-buildings inside, flooded tunnels, a system of caves, and the Cursed Park in the north-east with a little temple.
The abandoned villa was the cathedral that for unkown reasons was lifted upside-down and buried underground, and its inhabitants became ghosts.

I planned to add that music in the forest\swamp part.

That sounds really, really cool. How it's going on with the music? Do you already made music? When will the first beta come out?

The first beta will come out when it's ready, probabilly September 2013.
Anyway the game will became more interesting later, now's still similar in certain points to red.

Re: Pokémon Green 1995 Beta - Weird Lavender Town Music

The Lavender Town beta is just some bullshit started by a fan. I made an English Green. I know a lot about Japanese Green. http://hax.iimarck.us/post/26148/#p26148

The Japanese offsets for the Lavender Town music data in Green (Midori) is at: 0xAA55-AB2B

Compare that to the Lavender town in Red/Blue/Yellow   Red/Blue is at: 0xBB58-BC2E
                                                                                  Yellow: 0xBA2B-BB01

As you can see, the only thing that's different in these is the absolute addresses. The music data is the SAME.

There is NO beta available. That was a hack made by someone. I own every single GB ROM (No-Intro).

That music is a creepypasta.
I admit the first part is good...

Hmm... beside that, are we sure they didn't planned to have some music we never heard while playing the cartridges?

What about that music KBM found?

Re: Pokémon Green 1995 Beta - Weird Lavender Town Music

being the owner of red/blue/yellow/ and jap green, I can tell you there is no difference in the music. Further more, I did a check between english red, jap green 1.0 and jap green 1.1's lavender town songs. 1.0 and 1.1 are identical. between the japanese and english versions, the only difference is the pointers, because they put the song in a different address, so there is no difference between the versions.

Seriously! A spambot could never make something like this! Only because it's made by me?! Seriously, not everything that hasn't grammar mistakes is made by bots. I am really good at spelling, but even me commits grammar mistakes, sometimes. I think you are spam, because you call everything that's written by me spam.

Well. When I started this thread, I didn't know that. Now, many people told that it is just a story. In any case, CommodoreKulor must be a very good music hacker. I like how the most people, like you, behave still normal.

No, he didn't say that this is spam! You shouldn't falsely accuse FroggestSpirit for offense the thread. He said that the music is the same in Green 1.0, and I respect knowledge from others, like that.
