I don't think that the Physical/Special split works with the latest version of pokecrystal. I tried re-implementing the code and it always treats the attack like a Physical attack. Any thoughts on what needs changed in effect_commands.asm?

Can somebody please upload a ROM or IPS of this? I've tried so hard but I cannot compile it on Windows. And it looks so cool, too...
