Tilset

I would like to change tilset/pallete of trees, houses etc... any tools or any tutorial in doing that so?

For inserting tilesets, you can use AGIXP and then you can use Melash's Tileset Editor to repoint the tileset header to the new offset you inserted your tileset to.  I don't recommend inserting new tilesets over previous tilesets, just in case they don't compress as well and end up overwriting other game data.  You can also use Melash's Tileset Editor to change the palettes of tiles in the game.

The reason I responded with an answer is because your answer is mostly wrong, and without enough details (which your post didn't elaborate enough on), your answer would confuse virus95x more than it would help him/her.  Tile Layer Pro can be used to insert uncompressed tilesets as well as edit uncompressed graphics, but you can't change the pallet of a tile (which was one of the questions) or edit compressed graphics using Tile Layer Pro.
