You could use tileseteditor. You can change collision data, pallets, and how tiles are set up

I think he is looking for the routines that determine how different collision bytes behave, so he can create new tile behaviours.

I dunno where these routines are, but are you sure you need to add new collision behaviour? There's a lot you can do with those already available, y'know. Mateo has compiled a list explaining what many of the collision values do in his tileset header editing tutorial, and I have added to and corrected some of his explanations in a post further down, so if you haven't, you should check it out.

i'll look into it. if you want to yourself, the collision data pointer is in the tileset header with the rest (third bank/address)

Yep mateo is right. Collision 1 are what I need! because Im having a problem when using surf.

When I was on water and walk upon on land my surfing sprite are not returning into Original sprite.

Are you coming from a tile using collision byte set to "29" and land on one using that set to "00".
If so and the sprite change doesn't occur, you have probably modified the asm routine used for the sprite change.

by the way I modified HIro sprite like KBM did. I already fixed when you surfing but not when you are walking on land.
