Do you guys know where i can find animated sprites (most probably GIFs) of pokemon moves (moves, not the pokemon itself)?? E.g. sprite of a charizard doing a flamethrower attack?? Thanks in advance! :)

Bulbapedia has apngs (bleh) for nearly every move, and I'm pretty sure it has all Gen II moves (with Smeargle).

I also found that out and i think that what you are mentioning is the ones with the background of the games (e.g. grass, night, sea). What i'm looking for is gif images that are transparent, and i've found very few of those and i'm still looking for more. Thanks! :)

Those would be kind of impractical, because you can't convey the full animation. A transparent gif won't let you change colors, do tricks with the sprites or wiggle the screen, and in Gen III onwards, animations are dependent on the position of the Pokémon too (due to double battles).
I think it would be good if you stated your intention with them, so we can decide what would be the best way.
Also, Gen 1 move animation documentation: https://bitbucket.org/iimarckus/pokered … Animations
