One thing to remember: You'll want to change the offset at which the block data and collision data are stored, because when you start making new blocks out of garbage blocks, you'll start overwriting collision data.

Oh this a great tutorial, but in windows 7, is not neccesary use the cd rom of windows 7, but i preffer order the blocks in hex.

1. Open the Control Panel (icons view), click/tap on the Display icon
2. click on "custom dpi"
3. configure the dpi in 188%
4. accept changes and reboot.
5. you seen all very big now!
6. go to the melash tileset editor and right click
7. click properties, go to the compatibility tab, and check "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings".  Then the program should look like Mateo's.
