Assembly is a way easier way to do it.

Re: Set battle music GSC

But i'am not understand with assembly, asm editor, etc.
So, I just understand with translhextion like; go to offsets $9858 and i'am easier to understand and there just go to like 21 4B 10 not ld, add hl, etc.
It make me confuse, and when I'am using Gameboy Assembly Editor I don't know how to edit the code in addreas

Re: Set battle music GSC

I can’t tell if you’re asking about the music that plays while the trainer is talking (e.g., song 0x0B when a Lass sees you) or what plays in battle (e.g., song 0x06 when fighting a Johto gym leader).

For the former, see Tauwasser’s doc, as linked elsewhere.
For the latter, see this topic.

Here is a list of opcodes and their hex equivalents.
