No no, I inserted them fine. The problem is that I can't find tilesets that happen to suit the "Tales of" environment. The characters are bigger then entrance ways of your typical tileset.

Not to mention that modern day tiles are scarce, and I was only able to find a few sets that would fit the regular suited sprites.. Couldn't find any Tales of tilesets either..anywhere! Besides, they'd have to be put into a special way for XP

Yeah for overworlds you gotta deal with RTP sized crap. But with battle systems the limits are endless :D

No, the character sets I made for the Tales of character was enlarged. If you see the existing ones like the tree monster, you'd see it has a huge ??x??. I used it as a base for inserting the sprites.

But yeah, with the battle system, I'm gonna enlarge some sprites and change them some to suit some characters lol(poor job).

What are some other user names you go by so I can add it as "co-starring"?

Yes, MCOGNATL or whatever his name is a fantasmic scripter.  By the way, I don't think you may have played Vesperia completely, I know you didn't care for it, but in Vesperia the whole game revolves around how corrupt their government it. It seems no matter what you do, RPGs are very similar in one way or another.

I'm gonna try to figure out this little H-Mode7 myself, just because I'm curious to see as to what it looks like with GSC Graphics.

Lol. Yeah I guess traditional RPG's do seem similar. Mine will have many real world references. Wait till you get a taste of the intro when it starts up.... Satan pretty much describes it. I used fantastic images and music to make it seem a bit epic. I hope people will like it though, haha.

Satan is only beautiful when its Fantasia 2000 (Disney, I know...It doesn't feel like disney at all, though). Besides that, Satan is IMO meh. I will probably like it though xD So are you using a script for the intro?

Well it just really gives a background of Satan really, because the first event is about Satan. As I said, some things will tie in with our world, and try to make sense. Many things will be in-depth as the game thickens. Satan probably won't be the main Antagonist though, I haven't thought ahead on that. You can't deny how epic this looks.

But no, lol I don't know much of Ruby to do that yet. However, I plan on using the picture and scrolling ability, and animations heavily(if XP allows picture scrolling >_>) Many GOOD things were taken out when RMXP was created...

Nope, no scrolling. I'm still trying to find a working script that allows picture use. All I can find (that works) is one that has absolutely no picture support.

EDIT: And yes that's epic. Reminds me of Sephiroth.

Grggh!

Damn it! Why why why WHY did they have to take good things out!? Even panarama's are a pain. With rm2k3, you could give the map itself a panarama and scroll with it, with XP, it hs to be done in tileset and can't even scroll! BULL!

I'm sure there's a script for that (infact i;m positive ive seen a scrolling panorama script). But one thing I like about RM2K3 is that you can make SNES styled RPGs.
