Final Fantasy 7

We all know of the greatness that came with FF7, and there have been many side releases and ports of the series too. Well I'm here to talk about the PC version. There are 2, the actual version and the ripoff/knockoff ultimate version that came with goodies and is about 300 MB shorter than the original PC version. It allowed you to play the game without changing discs as well. ANyway, to the point.

I'm downloading the original PC version now for a singular reason. It's the most supported for mods, and many people like myself want a remake of FF7. Some feel the VITA will get a release of it. At this site, you can get many mods for the game such as high res textures, upgraded models for NPCs/heroes alike, and there are new FMV scenes for the new models as well. I'd say this a remake if anything else, it doesn't change the script any, just the GUI(boxes, texts, pictures of characters etc)the characters and especially the world map.

I think the enemies got a overhaul too(I seen some mods that use Crises Core's enemies to replace the current ones in the game).

Final Fantasy 7 mods

They also have a certified torrent of the original PC version(2.21 GB). After, I'm burning the bitch to 4 discs and then go for the mods.

Happy gaming!

Re: Final Fantasy 7

Yes, that was the point. Not to mention if all data on my PC vanished some day, that way, I wouldn't have to wait 2 hours to download the whole thing again.

Plus they're CDRW's, not much of a waste here.
