Hah. Anyone remember me? I'm the guy who was working on Ancient Emerald hack. The devamp of Emerald onto Gold. Anyhow, I've decided to come back to ROM hacking, at least for the time being.

I started work on a new Gold hack a few weeks ago, and I'm really getting into it now. So here's to hoping I'll actually finish this one. I will be releasing a beta and posting a thread soon. It's great to be back.

Does this mean there will be no more Ancient Emerald?

It's currently on hold for now, I'm more focusing on this new hack I'm working on. I'm considering continuing work on AncientEmerald, but if I do I honestly think I'm going to completely restart it. I went back yesterday through the folder it was in, and although I've done quite a bit of work on it, there are a lot of glitches and things I want to do completely different. So we'll have to see.
