These tools aren't mine, but given the privileges, I decided to post them. These programs edit the PC version of Final Fantasy 7. I think there is PSX support, but I personally prefer the PC version since you can do a lot to it.
Makou Reactor, a FF7 script editor--With this, you can edit the scripts of the game and view the maps in real time as well. Kinda like a Pokemon editor.

Cool, you seem really into FF7 lately. Unfortunately the only character I like in FF7 is Vincent (Guhhmazing). I probably won't use this as I play the PSX version and am too lazy to start a new game xD

Well for some odd reason, by this time of year throughout to March, I get into the habit of playing Final Fantasy again. It's been going on for 2 years now. Since I have this new monitor, I wanted to check out the FF7 mods and hi res it up and use crisper models and change the Overworlds and NPCs. I also use remastered versions of the original OST of the game, so it's the ultimate experience I suppose--at least until Square fianally decides on the remake of FF7(which will probably be for the VITA).

Yes, or the PS4. That seems rather difficult, but I have seen a hack with Cloud's advent children Model. So I know it's possible.
