Problem with registering FM20.dll for AGIXP 4.11


I was following this guide so I can register the required .dll to run AGIXP, however, I keep running into the "FM20.dll was loaded, but the entrypoint DllInstall was not found" error.
Is there anything I can do to fix this? I've already copy & pasted the FM20.dll into System32 & SysWOW64 folders. If easier, I'd love to find out how to decompress & edit sprites in the Pokemon Crystal disassembly.

For people dead-set on hacking Gold or Silver, they're still limited to binary hacking, because pokegold is incomplete; but pokecrystal has been usable for years, with an install guide, FAQ, documentation, tutorials, and Discord. The only programs you need are rgbds to build the ROM, a text editor like Notepad++ to edit .asm files, a graphics editor like GraphicsGale to edit .png files, Polished Map to edit the binary map and tileset files, and Tilemap Studio to edit the binary Town Map and other tilemap files.
