1. No linking to/uploading ROMs. Only upload IPS patches of your work.
2. No claiming others' work as your own Why would you?
3. No flaming other users. Let's play nice, shall we?
4. No excessive profanity. Respect the board and keep it clean.
5. No malicious posts. Do not post anything with the sole purpose of causing harm or causing implied harm to a user's computer.

Rule no. 5 was added after the user "Viruz" decided to upload something claiming to be a hack that was actually a batch file which would copy itself and to the list of startup programs and shut your computer down. This would only affect windows machines, and most people here would be intelligent enough not to run it, but the intention was still there.
