Pokémon Japanese data importing

Hello. I have seen Montblanc's post of an English patch of Pokémon Green, and it's really amazing, so I would like to create my own hacks of Pokémon R/B/Y:

-A hack of Red to make into the real Red (Japanese Red)
-A hack of Blue to make into Green
-Another hack of Blue to make into the real Blue (Japanese Blue)
-A hack of Yellow to make into the real Yellow (Japanese Yellow)

I plan on using Hack Tools GB for this project. However, I'm not sure that it will do everything I want with this project. The main ones that I'm not sure it will do are as follows:

Intro:
-Copyright year and letter tiles (Will be changed again in Blue and a second time in Yellow.)
-Shooting star sfx (Red and Green only)
-Nidorino and gengar battle coordinates, sound effects (hip, hop, slash, lunge), and pause before moving to the title screen. (Red and Green only)

Title screen:
-Copyright year (Same as copyright year and letter tiles in Intro section)
-Horizontal scrolling logo (Red and Green only)
-Woosh sfx (Red and Green only)
-Version name showing up (Red and Green only)
-Red sprite, red sprite coordinates (Red and Green only)
-Scrolling Pokémon coordinates, scrolling speed, species list (Red and Green only)
-Charmander/Bulbasaur starts moving at the beginning of the title music after the introduction notes (Red and Green only)

Text:
-Replace Pokémon version name at the credits, and centered it (Green only)

Graphics:
-Redraw Red title screen sprite pixel by pixel, if the original sprite data doesn't work (Red and Green only)
-Port the original Green version slot machine border (Red and Green only)
-Redraw the slot machine icons, if the same reason from above occurs (Red and Green only)
-Remove from the SGB border the "Pocket Monsters!" blocks at the bottom, to keep the same style as the official Red border (Red and Green only)
-Replace the SGB palettes with the originals used in the JP ROM (Green only?)
-Restore the Town Map border tiles (All four versions)
-Add the Gym Leader names to the Trainer status screen (thanks to Crystal_'s code to extend the number of tiles) (Not sure if I'll do this)
-Port the original Aerodactyl and Kabutops fossil sprites (Red and Green only)

Engine:
-Port the flower animation code
-Restore the original wild mon battle tile detection behavior, that removed the Old Man glitch that never happened in the JP ROM (Red and Green only)
-Restore the original quick flashing animations (Thunderbolt, Hyper Beam, etc.) and Blizzard freezing accuracy (All four versions)

Maps:
-The Unknown Dungeon (Red and Green only)
-Port item type and coordinates (Red and Green only)
-Replace Mewtwo coordinates (Red and Green only)

Sound:
Import the save sound effect for the Japanese Red and Green

Other:
Port the original Pokémon front sprites (Red and Green only)

If anyone could tell me how to do any of these, then that would be great! Thank you.

Re: Pokémon Japanese data importing

Are you going to fullfil my dream? https://hax.iimarckus.org/topic/7487/

I wish you all luck and help needed.

Just to add more information here that I think you missed!
As quoted by MontBlanc

-The console in the player room is a NES, not a SNES.
-When saving, after closing de YES/NO dialog the text remains until the save confirmation and the sound effect. There is no "Now Saving" text anymore like in the originals.

If you want to create the best restoration of all versions, you also have to:

-Game Boy Color correct palette when booted on GBC Bios (Green and Yellow as you can see below)
Also, make Green detectable to Pokémon Stadium, if possible.

-Pokémon westerm colors (Yellow)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wL5LYPFH4q8 (Also need to fix Pikachu's Black Box Glitch)

-Remove HP UP from Celadon Store (Red and Green)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jZNryUS-DaE (at 3:23)

-Restore secret Safari Zone text (Red, Green and Blue)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4bqivMilCTk

-Restore Rival's loss text (All versions)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RPODy8j27Dw

Do you want to restore glithes as well? Or you want to include all bug fixes? (I want just to know)

You can count on me to be you beta tester.

+15 Years enjoying the very first Pokémon Generation, I never get tired, I always find a new way to do something different and make the whole journey worth again.

Thanks for your advice on my project. The glitches are better left fixed, just so you know, meaning, for example, when you lose to Sabrina, you lose for real. Also, Hack Tools GB is perfectly capable of editing the text.
