How can I change imperial measurement system to metric in RB?`

I don't know how to do it. I live in Russia and I'm translating this game to russian language, but I want to change imperial system to metric. I tried to edit pokedex_entries.asm,  but it still showed the imperial system symbols. What should I do?

You'll have to make some changes to pokedex.asm. Editing the HeightWeightText is a good start.
