Re: Helping ''Me'' is not a crime!

Ok i'll try to do something, will inform about my progress.

edit: so, in pokecommunity , those flags, in johto map there are 2 bars where to write in flags , so if 5D00 isn't used
flag index - 5D? or ??
flag bit - 00?

edit:what to do if the event is invisible?

write 5D 00 to the person's event data with a hex editor to see for yourself.
to make the person disappear, there has to be command "6D xx" in its script

Re: Helping ''Me'' is not a crime!

For the record, every script you see happen anywhere in any of my hacks was done entirely in a hex editor. Well I use Poketext to edit the text, as it gets tedious keeping up with the line spacing (add my new locations to the ini files), but yeah the actual scripts were done with a hex editor. Its not that big a deal to do it in a hex editor.

Also if an event is hidden by default, that probably means you've chosen a flag that is used by some other script, like the one that says Team Rocket is still in azalea town or the rocket takeover hasn't happened yet. Those scripts are easy to overlook. I don't know if the flag in question is used by one of those off the top of my head, but I know I've run into problems with that in the past.
