A real remake

i was thinking one day about the "remake" of the1st and second gen games (leafgreen and firered, soulsilver and heartgold) these are to me not quite remakes as they sort of started to remake red/blue/green/yellow/l but started to add new things and make it complicated. so i was wondering has anyone made or plan to make a remake of red/blue/green/yellow/gold/silver/crystal that would be only a graphics update nothing else so something similar?

Take the daemons from my mind and throw them upon the walls of tragedy
let the blood burn the words created by the forgiven ones
because as i lay in these bonds i know that i will never see...
for they have blinded me.

Re: A real remake

I'm making a "remake" that's not even a graphics update, just a console update hahahha. I'm making it as similar as I can to the original versions.

I'd link you to the thread but apparently the pokecommunity mods didn't approve it.

Re: A real remake

If you count Mateo's Secrets and Rumours, which is like Red/Blue but with all the rumoured Pokemon/Events/Cities that were floating around back in 1995-2000. It is remade in Gold, so it's completely in color.

I don't calculate stat values, I don't breed my way to perfection, and I don't care about natures. I catch my Pokemon the way they are, and treat them like individuals instead of brainless drones.

Re: A real remake

I really do need to get that new demo out. It's had a few setbacks and right now I'm just fighting with one annoying bug (goes back farther than I realized, and I don't wanna have to redo everything between the last good backup and this one, so its trying to figure the bug out).

I am not very active on this forum. I only pop in from time to time.
