Whew! I gotta admit, Dragalge is not the easiest Pokemon to cram into a 16x16 sprite, haha! XD In the end, I realized it was best to take the "Gyarados minisprite" approach to it and only draw the top half. It ended up looking really good like that!
Anyway, here you go, Chamber, my good man -- the first batch of many: Feebas, Milotic, Skrelp, Dragalge, Noibat, Noivern, Frillish, and Jellicent, with many more in the making. :)
[EDIT] Whoops! I thought I saw "Feebas' family" on the list; didn't realize Milotic wasn't up there. =P

yeah! Dragalge isn't easiest to do!
I have to say that I and my colleague (Soloo993) are very happy with the quality of your work, thank you very much!!
It was a good idea that you did Milotic, because the minisprite that I do, not compare with yours.

Thanks, Chamber! I appreciate it! :)
Here are Venipede, Whirlipede, Scolipede, and Darumaka; and I've also just finished Sewaddle, Swadloon, Leavanny, and Joltik.

Is it just a black/white screen, or does it spit out an error? Details are always helpful :)

New Evolutionary Methods
One of my biggest problems is not knowing when to stop of Hacking. While already had a playable beta a month ago, I have not released because I keep adding new features, including new evolutionary methods.
As I have always sought that a GBC game resembles as much as possible in terms of gameplay one of new generation (VI), the first evolutionary methods that were entering are those of Game Freak:
Evolution knowing a particular move.
Evolution holding an item and depending on the time of day.
Evolution depending on where you are.
Evolution depending on the time of day.
Evolution having a specific type of pokemon on your party.
Evolution if the user has a specific type of move (and in this case, having high friendship too).
Besides these official evolutionary methods, the hack has this new methods described below:
Evolution through Altered Status. The user must have a specific altered status to level "X". Example: Porygon evolves in Porygon2 at level 29 if is paralyzed. (Porygon absorbs electricity from your body to evolve)
Evolution through the Status in the Party. If any member of our team has a specific altered status, the user evolves at level "X". Example: Haunter evolves to Gengar at level 40 if you have a pokemon asleep on the party (Gengar feeds the dreams of pokemon)
Evolution for "death". The user should be dead (fainted) and level up. Example: Snorunt evolves to Froslass when he/she is dead and level up. ((That is the reason that Froslass is a ghost)
Evolution with a specific pokemon on the team. Level up when a specific pokemon should be part of our team. Example: Slowpoke evolves into Slowbro if Shellder is in our team .
Note: This is not a new method, is the evolutionary method of Mantyke, however I count like a new method because it belongs to the anime.
Evolution by Stats. The user must achieve "X" points to some stat. Example: Slowpoke evolves to Slowking when reach 30 points Special Attack. (Growing intelligence evolves into a sage)
Here is a graphic of new developments hack.
Finally I have no more to thank everyone who commented and incidentally tell if someone wants to bring some new evolutionary approach feel free to do so.

Those new evolution methods are really cool. Some of them feel a little un-needed to me, but all of them are great that you worked out how to do them. I'm a bit confused though as to why Eevee evolves into Glaceon in Slowpoke Well instead of Ice Path though.
I am not very active on this forum. I only pop in from time to time.

Thanks Mateo, I always flattered your opinion.
The reason why not Eevee evolves in the Ice Path is because it is my only Starter and I want the players have ALL the evolutionary choices from the start.
Offline
That's some cool change, but may I ask will Vigoroth evolve to Slaking by using Rest?
And also, would the English version release some day? Because I am just playing the game without knowing what the people are saying :)
Today I won't steal Pokemon

The stuff you are doing is amazing man, damn you're learning so fast! My sincere congrats and keep up the hard work!

@Rocket Grunt: Yes, can evolve using rest and level up. Maybe in some next release I will add the Burn/Poison/Paralize orb to facilitate some evolutions.
@Crystal_:
All thanks to your teachings. By the way, when you go through the other forum?

That makes sense, then. I thought it might be an effort to make Glaceon available earlier. By the way, how involved is the actual process of adding these new evolution methods? These seem much cleaner than my current method in Christmas where you have to actually talk to the Mossy Rock and Icy Rock to cause Eevee to evolve.

The process is simple, it is only slightly complicated by the fact that you can not make a repunteo in the same bank because the "OneGSEdit" (of Akwa) constantly overwrites the spaces in "white".
I have understood you know something of ASM, if you want I can help you do something similar for the Christmas Hack.
My routine is based on use levels above 100, so it is compatible with all game mechanics and prevents other methods of evolution are activated.

New Wathers Berrys . With the implementation of the abilities at the battle system, the weather become an important part of the strategy, so to give a boost to those pokemon that benefit from their weather abilities (Swift Swim, Chlorophyl, etc.) I created 4 new berrys that carry equipped and hit by your opponent are activated leaving a weather, however can not be carried by any pokemon. Here the description:
● CHUVA_BERRY
-When held by a Pokémon and they are struck by a dealing-damage move, a RAIN will start on the field which will last for 4 turns. Only can be activated if the holder is Water-, Electric- or Flying-type. It is consumed once used.
● SONNEN_BERRY
-When held by a Pokémon and they are struck by a dealing-damage move, a SUNLIGHT will start on the field which will last for 4 turns. Only can be activated if the holder is Fire-, Grass- or Psychic-type. It is consumed once used.
● SABBIA_BERRY
-When held by a Pokémon and they are struck by a dealing-damage move, a SANDSTORM will start on the field which will last for 4 turns. Only can be activated if the holder is Ground-, Rock- or Steel-type. It is consumed once used.
● EIS_BERRY
-When held by a Pokémon and they are struck by a dealing-damage move, a HAIL will start on the field which will last for 4 turns. Only can be activated if the holder is Ice-type. It is consumed once used.
Glutonny has a new effect. To complement the fact that new Berrys are only compatible with certain types, the ability "Glutonny" takes the following effect: "Glutonny can activated the Chuva, Sonnen, Sabbia and Eis Berry regardless of the type required."
New Berry System. In a game of second generation is recurrent go through the same route more than once, however despite your experience grow, the berrys you find in the trees are the same, so I decided to create two 2 new types of BerryTrees, which have different 'in-game' colors to differentiate:
● Trees by Badges. The berry depends on our badges, the more you will have more useful. This system is only available for Berrys that recover HP.
● Ramdom Trees. The berry can vary between 4 options of the same class, this includes Heal-Status, Climatic, Potentiating statistics, Protective and Apricorns.
Combinations of these trees are:
A) BLUE
-ORAN_BERRY (1 Badge)
-SITRUS_BERRY (2 Badges)
-SITRUS_BERRY (3 Badges)
-BERRY_JUICE (4 Badges)
B) BROWN
-LIECHI_BERRY
-PETAYA_BERRY
-SALAC_BERRY
-SALAC_BERRY
C) PINK
-KEE_BERRY
-KEE_BERRY
-MARANGA_BERRY
-MARANGA_BERRY

-GRN_APRICORN-Friend

Modified Experience System. Beating an opponent pokemon, whether wild or of a trainer, the percentage of earned experience may increase or decrease depending on the difference between the level of pokemon and our opponent(s) pokémon, this facilitates training weaker pokemons and difficult overtraining. Here the list of changes:
● 3 niveles abajo del enemigo = +14% Exp.
● 4 levels below the enemy = +33% Exp.
● 5 levels below the enemy = +66% Exp.
● 6 levels below the enemy= +100% Exp.
● 3 levels above the enemy = -20% Exp.
● 4 levels above the enemy = -33% Exp.
● 5 levels above the enemy = -43% Exp.
● 6 levels above the enemy = -50% Exp.
New 'LossMoney' Formula. If you lose a battle no longer lose half of our money, but it will depend on a formula using as a variable the highest level of our Pokemons on your computer. The formula is: (High PartyMon Level) ^ 2 * 5
Update: The new formula suggested by Glitch Kitty are:
● Lose against Wildmon: 1/16
● Lose against Normal Trainer: 1/8
● Lose against Gym Leader: 1/4
● Lose against Elite Four and Rival: 1/2
