I'm hex editing Pokèmon Silver and need help

I was told there was a value that I can change to 00 on hex editor to turn off gbc effects which value is it?

What do you mean?
If you want to make the game in SGB mode,you can do that with GoldTweaks.

That's what I mean.One of the Values in hex editing this game can be changed to 00 to turn off gbc effects...but idk which one...
