Hello guys i am now ready to hack .gbc roms(i am a beginner,a pure beginner)so i need someone to teach me something specifically i need mateo or miksy91 or koolboyman or any expert to teach me

Well, if you will look in the documents and tutorials section, you will see that all three of us that you named have written a number of tutorials to help beginners already. A helpful resource to get you started would be this thread which explains a lot of the basics and provides links to a lot of different topics. That is assuming you want to hack by using tools and messing with the rom itself. If you would prefer to edit the disassembled rom and re-compile it with your changes, I would recommend joining the IRC channel and talking to the users there for help with setting up your own fork of either Pokered [complete disassembly of Pokemon Red Version] or Pokecrystal [Currently incomplete disassembly of Pokemon Crystal].

I recommend things like item editors and GoldMap/JohtoMap, these are very simple.

Also watch Miksy91's video tutorials. They will help you alot.
They should be at GameBoy Cross/Gen section. :)
