Is it possible to hack Pokèmon Silver on Android

This is a pretty dumb question, I'm wondering if it's possible........

If you want to do something simple, you can just use a hex editor for the job.
I don't know if there are hex editors made for android but if there are, it's possible.

Coding is not something that you would want to use a phone for though... (so you can't do that much really).

There is a hex editor for android but do I edit random values?

Yes, for android exist a hex editor, i not remember in where place I found it, but yes, you can hack Pokemon Silver using a hex editor on Android

There we have offsets where certain in-game data is stored and next to it, briefly explained what that data is about.
