I need help making evolution stones to replace Teru-Sama all in hex editor offsets, can you help me out, thanks in advance.

In the item editor, just set the use options and ASM pointer of the Teru-Sama to match those of an evolution stone and it will work as one. Then all you have to do is rename it with a hex editor and set a Pokemon to need that stone in its evolution data.
