Can somebody teach me how to edit wild pkm in Gold,silver,crystal?Also change mart price,trainer is pokemon and change way to evolution pokemon.Thank a lot.

There are modding tools that are very simple to use. Just download, run, select a rom and modify.

Be sure to follow some tutorials on GBC Hacking, that way it will seem easier.
