Can't remeber name of tool

Hi guys, been a long time since i've been in the hacking scene, anyways about a year and a half ago i had a program that was for GSC and was kinda like command prompt and it was made by meowth tools or something close to that. If anyone can figure this out and tell me I will give them any flawless shiny on pokemon x/y of their choice!

Thats not it, it was able to edit pokedex entries and pokemon names...

You can use a hex editor and a table file for those things.
