One day some of us got together and did a hack in 24 hours. Now we're doing it again.
Last time:
Here's how it works. Starting at 2013-12-29 00:00 EST (GMT -5), everyone contributes to https://github.com/kanzure/pokecrystal-demo2 to create a playable hack in 24 hours. The goal is to create as much content as possible and show off what can be done with a disassembly in limited time.
Anyone can participate. All contributions are welcome, including content, mapping, scripting, engine hacks, stat hacks, and even appropriate graphics like tilesets, frontpics, backpics, palettes, whatever. If you're still wondering what this is all about, ask here or talk to us on irc.
As always we're on irc at nucleus.kafuka.org #skeetendo.
This is a hack based on the Pokemon Crystal disassembly.
You can find out more about that here: https://github.com/kanzure/pokecrystal

Wow comet. Aren't you tired from all that? Hey do you want to give the file of the hack here. I want to play it

This looks pretty cool for a hack done in just 24 hours.
EDIT:
Is it also appropriate if I contribute with music, like MIDI or FTM files?

Yes, you can contribute by making music, but not by sharing MIDIs or FTMs. By "contribute" we mean create a github account and fork pokecrystal-demo2 and make changes to the source code, which can include editing the music files.

OK, that changes the story. I don't think I will edit the music data just to bring my music in the game.

You can share midi/ftm but there's no guarantee anyone will convert it.
Working with music is a little more straightforward than before (see the main menu music), but we've been meaning to do ftm conversion for a while.

Hi comet!
Which is the routine that you used for the textbox have more than 18 characters?

You can look at the commit history. Sanqui programmed the variable-width font.
