Hello, I'm new to hacking, I was wondering if there's any way to change the town you start in? Like instead of starting in Newbark, you start in Olivine?

no you can do it by hex editing go to 15319 and change the byte the structure:
(map bank)(map)(x)(y)
the default is:
50 18 07 03
