Re: HELP! How to create a new event and new town g/s/c

You must be more specific. What kind of event do you need? New NPC? Trainer? Or just some added story?

I'm afraid creating new towns is too difficult to start with if you are new on hacking. This is because of something called "Map Connections" and "Map headers". You will also need to make sure the map is connected to the new town and if you want to fly to it, you will have to fix that, etc.

You CAN use "Route Gates" though and then work around the map connections that way.

I suggest you learn how to add NPC's, trainers and hidden items first in a Hex Editor. You'll need a pointer calculator, goldfinger (a hex editor) and Goldmap/Johtomap.

Good luck anyway. :-)
