Pokémon Crystal is not very well researched, unlike Gold and to a lesser extent Silver. On a special note, if you look for info regarding the Korean versions of Gold and Silver, there is similarly little known about them.

So you would likely to be the first person to take that much interest to create a RAM map for Crystal. You might find some more info on datacrystal.romhacking.net regarding the North American version of Gold and Silver. You might find that Crystal uses about the same data overall, but at slightly different locations in RAM.
