An admin will have to do it. There is still a thread for requesting username changes, although IIMarckus has stated that he doesn't like completely changing usernames because it makes older posts confusing. Also since the username Lipun is pobably still banned, I don't know if that will have any effect as well. But basically it is something that only an admin can change.
