Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get the software for this gameshark, I've had it for years and just got the cable for it, and I wanted to see if I could get it working

In germany gamesharks are sold as action replays and this one looks very much like the one I have.
I remember having to search for quite a while when I was looking for the software some months ago, but was able to find it in the end. I will look for it.
Edit: Try this link: http://us.codejunkies.com/support_downl … EU_ENG.exe
Edit: You will find the driver in the installation directory.

Aighty will do! Thanks a bunch
Edit: I installed, worked and everything, Gameshark driver installed, but there's an error "USB error connecting to GBA" I'm gonna try to have it in my GBA and see if that'll work
Edit: No success
Edit: When I plug the Gameshark into the gameboy itself, it registers the cart, but has the scrambled symbol where the Nintendo logo is supposed to be, meaning the cartridge isn't being read

I don't believe that there's a difference between the US/European versions. When connecting it via USB to transfer savegames the software at first detects the system and starts the process but than produces an error. My Action Replay itself works. There might be a problem with the driver. I'm using Win 7 64 and the driver was designed for XP. You could test on an older PC.

That might be true, I'll install the code manager and stuff on my laptop that runs XP and I'll try there, but what's really getting me is the fact the gameshark never even loads anymore. It's registering in the gameboy, but as a corrupted cart (dunno how to explain, image tagged)

Have you tried cleaning the Gamesharks contacts with a Q-tip and alcohol? You might have to open it to reach the contacts of the Gamesharks slot.

I haven't, I'll try though
Edit: Could you use hydrogen peroxide? I can't seem to find my rubbing alcohol
Edit: Well I found some, and now the thing doesn't work at all -_-
