Hello, could you tell me how to resize to 56x56 sprites of pokemon?

There is no quick and simple method to do this and retain quality. It takes a lot of time and skill with pixel art to resize and devamp Pokémon graphics.

Some people look at the original sprite and redraw it in the same pose on a smaller scale.
Some people resize the image with paint/photoshop/paintshop pro/etc., then go back in and clean up the line art and shading to make it look good.
Some people completely redraw the Pokémon in a new pose and in the style of Red or Gold.

Basically, this is something that will take time and practice, as there isn't a simple convertor or anything, it is a matter of patience and artistic ability.

Not bad. How many colors does it use? GBC sprites can only use 4 colours (INCLUDING black and white.)
