Hacking tools

I want to start hack pokemon games which are in gbc.
Can you provide with the tools of hacking for begginer?
I'm on windows so want to start hacking:)

It depends solely on your level of "beginnerness".
If you're an extremely advanced user you should be able to use any of them. If you're a medium to advanced user, you should be able to use most of them, like Tile Layer Pro, map editors, a hex editor. If you're a beginner, you should be able to at least use a map editor, and maybe not know how to do anything in hex by yourself, but if someone gives clear concise descriptions of what to change to achieve the effect, you should be able to type some numbers over top of some old numbers. However, if you're such a beginner that you refuse to try and test any of the tools yourself, ask others to do these things for you, and use a single letter to denote the English language word "you", none of these tools are suitable for you.

ok thanks, but when i try poketext and load gold rom doesn't work, no effect, hmmm maybe it's should be opened with some sort of programe first?

Beginners should rely on trial and error, not someone holding their hand doing every step for them.

Seriously, try it for yourself before asking questions.  What you are doing right now is going to get you NOWHERE.

Figure it out for yourself.

How do I try things? Can you show me? Maybe make a youtube tutorial or something. Or even better, do it for me.
